- Coordinate with clients regarding service requests, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer service records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and project deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BE Mechanical, or BE Electrical.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
