Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
- Identify business opportunities, qualify prospects, and arrange meetings with clients and end-users.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations showcasing the company’s products and solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and OEMs to ensure proposed solutions meet project specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and contract documentation.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and business partners based on business requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and management presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving business growth.
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline)
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
